When I run Stellarium the configured oculars are listed with the correct parameters. I have configured my Nexstar GPS 11" and moved it to the top of the telescope list and the same for my ASI camera in Stellarium Oculars.

I am running APT V3.88 demo and Stellarium V 0.20.4 I would greatly appreciate some assistance on this. I can't find any way of listing which ones are installed, when in Stellarium. However the Stellarium Oculars plugin does appear to be installed as far as I can tell (my custom oculars are correctly listed and configured), but it is not possible to check what plugins are loaded by Stellarium during the startup messages as the messages scroll through too fast. The log file showsĬonnecting to Stellarium problem (2). However, on restarting today, APT is not linking to Stellarium. I'm not sure what I should expect to see but when controlling a different telescope from Stellarium several years ago, I remember that it was possible to do a GOTO by clicking on a object in Stellarium and Stellarium's display would track the telescope as it moved. However, when I moved the scope using APT nothing changed in Stellarium (I had the Telrad Sight displayed). Then when I restarted APT the Log showed that it had connected. So then I went into APT and changed the Planetarium settings for Stellarium to IP 192.168.1.4 and saved and exited APT. Then I noticed when checking the Stellarium Remote Control plugin configuration that Stellarium said it was "Listening on MSI, IP:192.168.1.4 which is the IP address assigned by my router to my laptop which is what I am running everything on. Initially I could not get APT to Connect to Stellarium using the default 127.0.0.1 IP address on Port 8090, using sensor 0 and Telescope 0. I have configured Stellarium Oculars and Remote Control Plugins and set them to automatically load at Startup and then restarted Stellarium. I have now moved on to trying to use Stellarium as the Planetarium program. I have now got APT controlling my old Celestron NexStar GPS through ASCOM, thanks to help from Ivo.
